Tonia is a member of Restoration Outreach Ministries and loves being a servant in the Kingdom. She is the armor bearer for Exhorter Tyronda Jones and serves on the Pastor's Aide committee at Restoration Outreach Ministries as well as the Praise and Worship Team. She is very passionate about everything that she does and is exhibited by the love and kindness she shows toward all. Tonia is an employee for the Texas Department of Public Safety and the proud mother of one daughter Raileigh Levingston. In the words of Tonia, "I'm loving the journey God has me on!"

Minister Michelle Starling
Minister Michelle Starling is the beloved wife of Pastor Earnest Starling whom is the pastor of Union Valley T.G.P.C. of Henderson, TX. They are the parents of 3 beautiful daughters and proud grandparents of two. Among her many accomplishments she is a servant from heart and she diligently work along side her husband in ministry.
Michelle has been employed with Wellness Pointe for about 14 years as a administration assistant. Michelle expresses that God has brought her through the storms of life and helped her to see the Queen she truly is and she empower other women out of all her experiences.
Pastor Joynella "Joy" Thomas
Pastor Joynella Thomas is the pastor of Fresh Start Ministries, under the leadership of Bishop Elect Kelvin Thomas.
Joy has served in many capacities in the ministry and her passion is to continue to build a bridge between the older woman and the younger woman as it talks about over in the book of Titus 2.
Joy is a born native of Longview, TX, she is one of seven siblings, and holds dear to her heart. For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11.
Melba Blackmon Wiley, BSHS – Is a Conservatorship worker for the state. Melba was born and raised in Longview, Texas. Melba graduated from Longview High School in 1989. She got married and became the mother of three; LaSonya Wiley, LaTerrian Wiley and Gaylon Wiley. LaTerrian was born premature with challenges, so Melba begun an in home childcare with the state. Melba went on to graduate from Kilgore College with an Associate of Arts degree in 2002. Later, she went back to Kilgore College and received her CDA (Child Developing Associate 120 hours) in June 2005. After maintaining her in home childcare for 17 years, Melba went back to school and graduated from University of Phoenix in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Service Management degree. She teaches the young adult Sunday school class, Single Save and Satisfied Singles class, along with being an associate minster and youth director at True Vision Ministry. Melba enjoys bowling and spending time with family and friends.

Sherol Allen is a Minister, Church Administrator and wife to the late Ralph Wayne Allen, Jr. the founding Pastor of Solid Rock House of Praise. She is a mother to wonderful adult children and has a passion for youth and outreach ministry. Sherol is also a Prevention Specialist at Wellness Pointe and enjoys various hobby’s. “God has given me a new appreciation for life” says Sherol.
